A sample of the Charlotte NC Rally. Started at First Ward Park, wound around the Spectrum Center, toward the Square (actually an intersection). It was invigorating to be around so many people (and inflatables) who see this administration for what it is - corruption at its finest. No Kings!

PUH-LEEEEZE. I don't need this quack in my healthcare. Didn't he sell snake oil a few years ago? And why do we need a 'fluffy' email from MediCare? I just want health coverage, not a glossy flier. JUST STOP with the self-aggrandizing, narcissistic hubris PLEASE. The insecurity is deafening.

#NoKingsCLT - Charlotte No Kings Rally. Peace FULL - large crowds. And outlying towns in the county had their own rallies - No need to waste time on the 'crowds' for the DC parade. Oh, and those Marching Soldiers??? Embarrassing as they bounced along and were barely in step. Yikes

A Facebook account was completely shut down after sharing this. Said it violated social issues policy. And it wasn't just the ad - it was the person's entire FB account. Suckerberg - if the name fits...

Rep. Mark Harris (who was convicted of culling votes for NC 9th in '16 lost a trial & we had a special election; that a felony or misdemeanor?), posts a bogus 'poll'. Click on 'Other' & there's no way to comment that these are NOT priorities for most of us. It's just a dog whistle to MAGA.

Fort Sumter with friends from Wisconsin. I went to the school that fired on this Fort way back when. I participated in a reenactment as a freshman. We managed to start a grass fire. And the 'boat' never showed as they couldn't get the drawbridge up on the Ashley River. Sorta the story of my life.
