Jiminy Christmas, Batman! In this economy? Midwesterner to Midwesterner, I can't justify spending 12-16x (!!!) on a $/oz basis compared to bog standard dishwasher powder. Glad that the profits go to a great charity, but I'd rather donate the money myself when I can.

According to his campaign website, his third deployment was in 2007, which corresponds to the acquisition of the tattoo. That was also his last deployment as a Marine before joining the Maryland Army National Guard in 2009. Could this be related?
