Right, I felt like I've left the honeypot running long enough. Shut it down, grabbed the logs and deleted the VM. Today I was working on getting the logs parser finally working. I think I need to read more about generating attack data from the basic data I get from the honey pot logs.

So while the cowrie and opencanary honeypot attracts the bees, I've decided want to try send the log data else where so I can use it for some visualtization. I just have no idea how or what I'm going to do with it yet.

Okay letting the honey pots run for a bit (maybe a week to start) to get more hits, But was just out of curioisty checking the hashes in the downloads. And damn! This crypto miner was only first seen last month, I'm not sure how fresh that is, but honestly I think it's pretty frikkin' cool.

ooohhhh next update for EndPointer in like 7 days.

Added an attempt at a classification system, it was pretty fun to build, I am so glad I discovered typescript supports generic programming and templates.

Well that was interesting task for the weekend implementing localisation. I really should solicite for more freelance work more often ;D If anyone is needing a developer to help them with anything hit me up! Anything involving #C++, #Typescript or #Javascript and I'm keen ;D Maybe even the #atproto?
