Political scientist Dr. Lawrence Britt wrote an article about fascism ("Fascism Anyone?," Free Inquiry, Spring 2003).
Studying several fascist regimes, Dr. Britt found they all had 14 elements in common. He calls these the identifying characteristics of fascism.
