Thank you for sharing and genuinely fascinating. However, this post-dates the legislation by a number of years so doesn't assist with interpreting those provisions of the EA.

The pregnancy, maternity, breast-feeding etc. provisions of the EA can only relate to biological sex.

A variable definition definition of "sex" is problematic and would not have been intended by Parliament.

The EA was a mess when originally drafted, not as a result of the FWS judgment.

Are the principles that underpin your definition of transphobia and, say, Islamophobia consistent?

The UK literally threatened Israel "if you don't meet our conditions on Gaza we will recognise a Palestinian state" - difficult to see how that constitutes support for Israel or is primarily to do with domestic politics.
