Texas has lots of land that makes it cheap. While California has a lot of land the biggest population is close to the Pacific Ocean which helps drive prices up because there is a limited amount in the most desirable areas

Chill out, Christianity can be interpreted to mean help for the poor, being non- judgemental. Martin Luther King was motivated by Christian teachings and the Southern Leadership Conference was fully church oriented. It was the basis of the civil rights movement in the South.

Unfortunately Trumps next move after defunding PBS, and numerous non profit stations is to get the Federal Communications Commission to take all their broadcast licenses away. Full authoritarianism is the goal. Don't doubt it, but don't stop fighting it!
