Yes, I have been, when it was about half built, and it was a fascinating experience, which I would love to repeat. It lives vividly in my memory. Too old and arthritic to volunteer, sadly.

One of my team members was on the train. He wandered into the office looking dazed, dusty and disheveled and we just made him a cup of tea and made sympathetic noises. It seems astonishing now that we (and he) weren’t more shocked by it.
