since you already have everybody at module level, unless there's an operator coming up in the next 6 months who you want to get to 90 then even though some resources go to waste, i think it would be optimal to just take the hit rather than overspend on somebody you don't care to push to 90

that is the smart thing to do for people who like having fun and don't hate themselves or want to suffer

i can deal with it fine on 10, but 18 was a different story because i'm not good enough to be a difficulty 18 gamer
