Things I'm grateful for this week!

1) Friendly Local Game Store goodies!

2) Turtle friend's growing collection! 😅

3) First hamburger of the year!

4) More old books with a publication date of 1884! A gift from Mom Cox.

5) This is Rex. He lives with Mom Cox. He would love a ride around the house.

Whenever a new toy enters the house, Whiskey is always so excited!

This was from his Gramma Cox, and the second he heard the ball in the box, it had his attention.

Things I'm grateful for this week:

1) On bad vein days (4 sticks), feeling none of them!

2-3) Vox Machina coloring book that was gifted from Leah and her Mama. Slow progress -- when I'm not getting extra 'help'. 💙
4) Quiet afternoon tea with a treat after a successful passport appointment.

Pictures taken over the last couple of weeks during morning walks. First three were all one day. Both days were 37 degrees (F) out while we walked.

Beautiful, but cold! Worth it.

This week's things I'm grateful for!

1) Dahlias were planted!
2) Critical Role 10th Anniversary playmats!
3) This insulated stainless steel mug from Starbucks. It keeps tea hot for HOURS.
4) Fresh-baked banana bread, in mini loaves.
5) The boys pretending they don't snuggle.
Three 10 gallon pots with soil, multiple bags of dahlia tubers, and various gardening supplies. Matt's playmat with his Hooded DM figure at top and his most notable NPCs - Shaun Gilmore, Lady Allura Vysoren, and Essek Thelyss (Hot Boi!). Liam's playmat with Orym, Vax'ildan, and Caleb Widogast (with familiar, Frumpkin). Pale green Starbucks stainless steel insulated mug sitting on a desk. Four mini-loaves of banana bread, still in their pan and fresh out of the oven.

OHSU again, this time for me. Meeting my new liver specialist. Parking, as always, was terrible and I had to march uphill two buildings to get here... and the doc is running behind. 🤣
At least the magnolias are in bloom!

Things I am grateful for returns:

1) Blue Moon Bakery! Another gluten free shop! Their food was incredibly tasty!

2) Camellias! All three are so full of blooms that I love to look out the back windows.

3) Hubby has been leaving me little origami gifts the last few mornings.

4) Whiskey. 💚

When Gramma says she looks cold, so you bring her adoption blanket.
Senior female tabby curled up in a tan-colored bed. Senior tabby now covered with a multi-color crocheted blanket square. Much younger version of the same female tabby, taken nearly 14 years ago under the same blanket square. It was given to her when we adopted her so she would have something familiar when she came home.

When one fluff really wants to snuggle his brother but the other is too warm. They're laying on an electric blanket, as well.

I gave them a second and this happened. Too warm one stays out, cold one hunkers down.

The final picture she was drawing and had wanted to complete was one of our guild's officer characters (assignments within the game), but she was unable to. The priest and druid in the above image were the only ones she finished the lines for.

Remembering today that time in WoW where my late best friend, myself, and a few guild friends of ours put together a server-wide free raffle.

We had mounts, rep tokens, transmog sets, and rare pets. Only requirement was to rp buying the ticket so we could assign a ticket number.

Hit up the 185th Produce Mart the other morning, then over to Trader Joe's, and a final stop at Hold the Wheat for breakfast.
Gluten free ham and cheese danish for breakfast. It is QUITE good. Sweeter baked goods were for later.
