Most instruments from Asia and Africa, especially percussions and strings. I have tried several types of plastic skin, and they always sound poorly compared to animal skin. And even if it sounds the same, it is just not possible to find some instruments without the skin. And I’m not proud of that.

I try to use plant based products on as much instruments that I can, but on some instruments that just does not exist. And since it is my job to be multi instrumentalist, I must admit that I’m vegan in my way to eat, but not in my way to play music and work.

Tiens je proposerais bien un peu de musique pour rendre ça moins tranquille : j’ai sorti l’an dernier un album de rock qui aborde essentiellement (mais en anglais) le thème du spécisme sous tous ses aspects. Je serais ravi d’en parler avec tous plein de gens qui comprendraient mon point de vue…
