This beef noodle soup is a pile of leftovers from my fridge. Half an onion, 3/4 of a tomato, part of a carrot. Even the beef stock was made from leftover bones I had stockpiled in a baggie in my freezer. It turned out delicious!

Dumplings! I finally started to get the hang of folding them by the end.

Received an insert to make smoking in my kettle grill easier, and it turned out to be sunny and warm(ish) today. The insert (a Slow-N-Sear original) worked great! I'm going to spend the winter reading up on BBQ pork rib techniques for when it warms up again.
