About that Texass 2-1 redistricting map vote. The 1, the dissenting judge goes bonkers against fellow yes vote judge! 5th Circuit Court of Appeals judge, 79 yr old Jerry Smith writes a 104 page jeremiad against fellow Judge Brown! Gets ugly and personal. Of course Bondi agrees with him

TEXASS! A 3 judge panel voted 2-1 to stop the Tramp inspired 2025 drawn redistricting maps. Very republican judge Jerry Smith was the no vote. Off to Tramp's buddies on SCOTUS. It will be interesting to see how quickly SCOTUS takes it. Will they expedite it for Tramp??
