The biggest culprit of social exclusion is cars. It led to suburbs and people moving further from city centers as well as entire neighborhoods being displace to make way for highways. Good grief read a book.

You are advocating to exclude people from living in a brand new home because it would not suit your own preference to have a car. Not everyone wants a car and should be forced to live somewhere with a car park. If you don't want to live there... DON'T.

You don't have to live in "those communities". It provides options for people that do want to. Not every thing is about you and your preference. Hope this helps!
