While I'm not happy,
IF Tim Kaine did get at least most of the Federal workers back on the job that were fired by TrumpCo, then he is doing what he is supposed to do which is support Virginians, of which a whole bunch are federal workers.
I don't buy the reported promise of healthcare discussions.
