When I got to college in the mid 90s, I immediately gravitated to the Freak table. We were all gamers, SCAdians & the weird theatre kids (mostly back stage). Near complete overlap of interests. I don't understand these wannabe grognards.

Since basically everyone else at the company was involved there should be other people who can sign off on expenditures, so I would guess that it's probably not embezzlement. However, if they'd been audited in the middle of the process it sure would *look* like embezzlement to the auditor.

His new season of Revolutions podcast is on the Martian Revolution (fictional of his own creation). In the tradition of the Baker Street Irregulars he appears to be treating it as real and bantering with fans here as academics and amateur historians do about regular history topics.

I was in a biographical play about Joe Hill in college. We learned a bunch of those songs. To this day I have a Pavlovian response to those Santa's with bells to start humming 'The Starvation Army they tell us...'

That episode is absolute gold. We loved the whole series, but that episode (and S1E5) are the ones we made a bunch of friends watch.
