And now, our Santa Train team (including Santa and his elves) have been trained by Better Communication Together CIC, a freelance tutor and ambassador for The Makaton Charity, to better connect with guests who struggle with verbal communication.

This year we've been making steps to improve accessibility at the park, including a sensory map, signage and bags plus our new partnership with Nimbus Disability to introduce the Access Card to support those who need an essential companion.
