You probably know what a torta is but do you know what a "drowned torta" is? That's a torta ahogada from Guadalajara, in which a carnitas sandwich is drenched in a fiery tomate sauce with loads of chile de arbol. Spicy as hell, phew! 🌶😭 This one is the best in LA. #Inglewood #mexicanfood #LosAngeles
