Couch day today. In another #PEM crash. My crime? Having a friend over for 2 hours yesterday.
I knew she was coming so I rested both before and after her visit. But it wasn’t enough to prevent a crash.
At least I have two doggies keeping me company. #LongCovid

Ugh. My scalp is playing up again. I never had issues before #LongCovid. In fact - I had a full head of hair!
Now it looks like a game of connect the dots. Red, ugly, inflamed, and itchy dots.

On 22 Sep 2024, at the age of 45, I got my 1st tattoo - the #LongCovid ribbon. I was 2 years and 3 months into my LC journey at the time.
