One of the hardest things I’m doing right now is standing up for myself in situations where I’d usually gaslight myself into thinking I’m the problem. But I’m not. I’m setting boundaries to stop cycles of behavior that hurt me. That’s not being difficult, that’s self-respect

Tried to console someone this weekend, but they lashed out, called me a mean girl, and unfollowed me because I said I was at work. While I respect their feelings, I won’t be a villain in their story. Some people just need someone to blame, but that’s not the energy I’m bringing into 2025.
