Evening Primrose oil helped me through peri-menopause and menopause. I still take it occasionally 'cause I just feel better. but am "old" now

Just try! It doesnt have to be perfect and the best way to learn is to observe and do.
The first bottle that I saw (1960's) was beaded into cloth that was glued to the bottle. Then she switched to glue - we used household cement, or model glue.
