Also there was a big part that was never really touched during the show: You can put in a video as a light gobo. It will generate the volumetric lut and all in real time.

Throw something in that aqua-blue slot there and shove the gobo index to max.

Here's the slide I made about the binary gridnode earlier this year

The biggest note here is on the unity side I'm converting the binary grid into a float texture for faster sampling using a conversion shader -- you can then sample with readbacks without too much headache as normal.

I threw this shader together for Stage Flight. It works similarly to the fast gpu particle shader I wrote for Somna.

Works entirely on a video mapped input; color, depth, and xyz bias.

Absolutely inspired by a world I saw a year ago. Particle Pool or such?

The feather animations were entirely vertex shader code. Their position was calculated in udon on scene load, and then fed into the shader as overrides before their transform was reset and they were all stacked together. From there it's just math.
