Except if that kid was needing herd immunity because they can't get the vaccine or they're too young and/or haven't gotten the second one. The parents of the kid who infected them need to be held responsible.

Marc, I felt every part of this letter to my core. It is the reason I've been a public defender (now in dependency) my whole career. I think of my family. The least of us needing protecting.

I hear what you're saying BUT there are consequences to their actions. They need to face them. They lost opportunities because they are hateful, nasty people that voted for someone who they didn't think would hurt THEM.
