They have stated that the terms of service simply didn’t have time to be set up, and that it will be up soon, which is certainly better, but please still be careful until then, as outside of the privacy policy, they have no liability for anything that goes on at this point.

Ok, that’s good at least, No offense to you. I still think everyone should be cautious just in case though, because until that gets put up, any money donated is at risk of just being ran off with. I do hope this is sincere, I would hate for something like this to happen.

Note, apparently they do not have a terms of service page, and never did (at least since October 5th). If you donated to them or funded them at all, please try to get a refund if you still can.

And looking into it more, I don’t think there ever WAS a terms of service, considering the wayback machine has a snapshot from all the way back on October 5th, and that was still an error page. If anyone donated to them or funded them, please try to get a refund before they run off with it.

It’s so that they don’t have to take liability for when the controversy becomes mainstream, and they can just get up and run with the supporter money. If they did have one and you did support them, better hope you have a copy of it.

If they added a claim all button, removed the pop-ups/microtransactions, and slapped on a like 5-7$ price tag, I’d probably pay for it. It controls like a sonic game (if not a little slow paced at times), and I like how most progression doesn’t affect real matches. I do have low standards though lol

Haven’t gotten the chance to listen to it yet, but the fact that this Sonic.exe Roblox game made not one, but TWO different “3D sonic game finale” songs WITH lyrics for Sonic specifically is insane, shoutouts to the composers and singers involved.

How long is the static? I saw someone on the linked Reddit post say it was .666 seconds long or something, but considering it’s on Reddit and that it’s the UTDR fandom, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were making things up for free Reddit karma or some crap.

If this is a genuine question, yeah he is. We didn’t really know for the longest time, he was just kind of an all powerful wish granting space machine, but now with the newest game, he’s basically a galactic monkey’s paw that will destroy entire planets for no reason and then just leave.
