sure syncthing, why not. i would love to have an extra copy of my signal chat backup with an incomprehensible name.
a screenshot of a folder called signal in the dolphin file manager. there are 3 files, 2 are normal signal chat backups, the other is a duplicate of one of the other ones. it is a hidden file from syncthing, with a very mangled name, that contains the word backup, a uuid, and 2 dot tmp suffixes. a screenshot of the syncthing webui, showing one folder called 2fa. for context, this is the folder that contains the signal folder in the last screenshot. it shows as up to date.

cisco packet tracer rules
name one other network simulator that can do both wireless bridging and dialup
a network topology in packet tracer. there are 2 pcs and an access point connected to a switch on the left. this access point is bridging to a home router, which is wired into another access point, bridging to another home router. connected to that is another switch with 2 more pcs connected to it. these are all on the same subnet. there is a router connected to the switch in the middle, which has 2 analog phone lines connected to a pt cloud, connected to a laptop and pc with integrated dialup modems. the pdu window in the corner shows 2 successful pings. one from a pc in the left side of the wireless bridge to one on the right. the other is a ping from that same pc to one on the far right connected over dialup.

the network has undergone some upgrades

poorly drawn network topology. at the center-ish is a mikrotik hex s router, with 5 ethernet interfaces. directly connected to it is my gaming pc, being used as another router. the other 4 interfaces on the hex s are grouped into 2 bridges. the first has a laptop and pi 400 connected. the second has another laptop and a pi 4 connected. the pi 4 is also acting as an access point. my phone is connected to said access point. my gaming pc has another wired interface, directly connected to a le potato. my gaming pc is using net with both ethernet interfaces on the inside. it is connecting over wifi to my isp router, with the wireless interface on the outside of the nat.

the network
a really poorly drawn network diagram. at the center there is my gaming pc, acting as a router, which is connected over wifi to the main gateway (isp issued), and using dhcp. my pc is also connected to 2 other networks over ethernet. nat is being used on my pc, with the wireless acting as a wan. the right one has only one other device: a le potato. the left is connected to an old linksys router being used as a regular switch. connected to that are my laptop and pi 400.

my desk, covered in various rfid-related items. there is also other things one may or may not expect to find on a desk. the items in question are: 3 desfire ev1s, 5 desfire ev3s, 2 pivkey rfid/contact smartcards, 1 ultimate magic card, 3 normal 1k mifare classics (2 of which are hotel cards), 21 1k mifare classic gen1a cards (1 is proxgrind branded, the other 20 are plain white, 2 have some sharpie/dry erase markings and are seperate from the 18 others, some of said 18 others are visible hanging off my monitor), 1 t5577 (my only real low frequency card, which i somehow "bricked" by doing nothing), 1 proxmark 3 rdv4, and 1 chameleon ultra (both of which are connected to my desktop (off screen). the only non-rfid related items of note on my desk are a regular usb smartcard reader and a broken, open, laptop hdd with a magnet stuck to it. a close up of my monitor that was partially visible in the previous image. a konsole window is open, with a tab running the proxmark 3 client, and the other running the chameleon ultra cli. the proxmark 3 tab is selected, showing a few commands that were ran. the first shows the file listing of an application on one of the desifre cards, the second and third showing a mifare classic read sector command on sector 2, the first having failed due to a tag collision, the second suceeding, showing a hexdump of said sector, which contains the ascii for "deez nuts uwu". the third shows a read of an em 4102 tag (being simulated by the chameleon ultra), with an id of 0xdeadbeef. the fourth and final command shows a 14a reader command listing the basic iso14443a info of one of the pivkey tags. the magic mifare classic tags visible dangling off my monitor in the previous image are still present.
