Thank you Peter. My daughter's drunk ex boyfriend ran over her with his big truck.She suffered TBI & will never be able to walk, talk or do much of anything by her self. She is 36. She & my granddaughter are on SSDI & Medicaid. I am worried for them & everybody that needs these programs.
