Holy moly. It’s 5:30 in the afternoon. Just did a mile walk down a cool trail. But, it’s 92 with heat index of 100. And I was in direct sunlight the whole time. I’m laying on my bed praying to the air conditioner gods. I’m trying to acclimate to the new environment.

I had to do it. The shame. I had to get the attachment to my glasses so I can keep up with them.
