Apparently I need to work on my throwing arm.

Last year I set up my basement for a greenhouse. Plants did well. I added solar panels to offset the electric cost. This year they are also doing well. This gives me peace and joy. I’m retiring next week. This will be part of my work from home job.

A female coworker just said that she couldn’t vote for a female candidate because they aren’t focused enough to be president. I could only sigh and remember that I’m in a red part of KY. She’s 20 years younger than me.

Last week I applied on line for a new job. Had a phone interview and was offered a management position. Didn’t think they would reach out considering I have a 50 year work history. Glad my age didn’t scare them off.

When prices started going up during the pandemic I told people that they would never come down. Because once a corporation learned what people are willing to pay the cost won’t go back. Covid changed the rules. Bird flu was the icing on the cake.

I live where people are terrified about the incoming snow. Store shelves are cleaned out. After Trump was elected the first time I increased my garden, learned to canned, dehydrate and started raising chickens. People complain about egg prices. Try buying chicken feed and providing shelter .

On the last day for them the peppers have been picked. I’ll see your seed family early next year.

Just jumped over here. Owned by a bunch of dogs, chickens and a cat. Shelter wants me to bring some carriers and bring a few cats home.
