Also, if I do end up pirating a book, it gets bookmarked in my notes app with a reminder to purchase a copy when I can afford to do so.

made French onion soup for the first time today. Caramelized the onions for ~90 minutes. This broth has an unreal flavor (like onions)

I donate every year and I doubled my usual donation this year out of fear of this exact thing happening. My life would undoubtedly be a lot harder if wikipedia gets bought by venture capital and stripped for parts
