My cat is such a fussy eater. Only eats dry food (and chicken breast shredded- only fresh, never frozen). My nail lady also has fussy cats so passed on some food to me. Martha would not touch it. However, my leftover pasta has been gobbled up!If I actually gave her pasta, she wouldn’t touch it🤷♀️

Went rogue and escaped the all inclusive for a lunch in Rhodes. My friend at home messaged me to ask if I had been, just as I was 10 mins’ walk from this cafe. What a treat.

Understanding the all inclusive life now. I sat by the beach all day, reading, then did a 5K run to induce some level of hunger. Not sure I’ve fully blended in with the lifestyle though. Not sure how? 😂🤦♀️

Booked day off from school to get a long weekend in Copenhagen. Had a great time! Walked up a massive tower which led to a lovely view. Also popped to Sweden for a bit!

This is such a great thing to use in recipes. I need a trip to town to Wing Yip Chinese supermarket for more. I used it the other day to add to mushrooms and a packet of cheap super noodles and it was wonderful. Anyone got any other Chinese supermarket recommendations?

Finally, the 100kg. I’ve been wanting to get this for a long time. First day of the holidays and it’s done. Was not easy. V proud of myself!

I didn’t realise that a lot of hot chocolate is vegan so rarely buy it. Just opened a tin and added vegan squirty cream. It feels a bit Christmassy.

Oh. Starting at £2. That will be midweek at 1pm or something. I feel cheated. I also accidentally left my Garmin running for 3 hours after 20 mins of exercise I did earlier. And the cat has taken up a whole pillow. Giving up on today. I’d go to sleep but can’t lie my head down. 😹

Took this earlier (car was stopped obvs) between Buxton and Macclesfield. Single track road. It was terrifying. Trying to decide if foggy driving or snow/ice driving is worst.

This was so good! Basically, you pick the ingredients, they weigh them and charge by weight. They then cook it all in a broth. I put too much in the bowl and took some away but then left it in the pub. So tasty. I will be back!

Helped my dad paint the rest of my living room and then went and bought an insanely expensive (for me anyway) velvet sofa. I also finished this book. I liked the multiple narrator aspect. Having worked in a restaurant environment, I thought that part was well observed Content warning: theme of SA.
