I truly wonder if the #49ers will be able to get back to play off winning ways in 2025/6 season. So many areas to strengthen and so many injuries and doubts to overcome.

Enjoyed Joy on Netflix earlier. IVF, while still tough to achieve, is truly a miracle that seems fairly normal to a casual observer (me!) in less than a generation. Kudos.

Recently have done couch to 5k and I really enjoyed it but my heart rate as measured by my smart watch is saying it's too much after 20mins of non stop running. I know I can slow down but that's almost to fast walking pace. What can I do to speed up my run #novice #runner

So I have this thing that I don't want to talk to my barber. I want to just exchange pleasantries, tell them what I want and then sit in silence and enjoy the peace. Am I the only one that wants a silent barber?

Started watching The Acolyte tonight. It's not bad, I never thought I'd be into any of these spin off series but have enjoyed The Mandalorian and Andor in particular.

I know there are injuries and the results clearly show there is something not clicking but it does show how this team was close to awesome last season. #49ers
