I wouldn’t say it’s frowned upon by people I know either (thankfully), but more so there’s a sense you’ll fall behind if you do something else for a bit.
Anecdata: I have a friend who’s been out of webdev field for over a year and is finding it impossible to land a new job in the same field.

I wouldn’t say it’s frowned upon by people I know either (thankfully), but more so there’s a sense you’ll fall behind if you do something else for a bit.

I think the smooth brained take is that NVIDIA does have some skin in the game bc of their software teams, so the CEOs takes have some weight.
That said I completely agree with you. Pretty sure most people who are invested in QC think it has to be AI v2.

We debate internally a lot about recording, and currently we’ve landed on the side of not in attempt to make it a more casual atmosphere where people can ask questions they may fear are dumb (they’re not).
We do usually ask the speaker to share slides after though, so I can share those.
