Is this resin too? Or real rocks?

I spent nearly 90 Canadian dollars on the Cipher kickstarter book shipping. I think I originally only pledged 60 for the book.

It was a bit of a shocker, to spend more than twice as much as if I just picked it up at a local store instead

5 - 10$ I think. Depends how nice the paper they're printed on is

I'd probably spend more on a bundle of them though. Shipping costs would be a limiting factor for me. I wouldn't want to spend just as much in shipping as the thing costs itself, but I know you don't have a lot of control over that.

Ah yeah ok. How closely do you follow tracking distances in combat? Watching through CRs age of umbra I see Matt using a ruler stick with different measurements on it. The wargamer in me likes the idea but as GM of other games with more abstract distances I think It could be too finicky.

Do you mean like tracking player and NPC stats on cards? Or to lay out small index card maps?

Hey I've found so many new games right up my alley I likely wouldn't have found without your recommendation. So thank you ! :)

Oh damn sorry! I only heard the story in passing really. What the hell happened?

What was the system that the cancelled unofficial Warframe RPG was using? I seem to remember some story around people getting mad at it or something

Manborg by the same crew is also fantastic

We're running into the same problem with my buddy's really nice docks setup he made. Looks so nice but we would never dare send our guys anywhere near it since falling in the water is certain death. We gotta house rule it or something

I hope they keep it slower. This was one of the main reasons for continuing to support Path of Exile 1. If players weren't a fan of the slower game the first one still exists where you can blow up your screen with special effects every half second

That's kind of how I felt as well. Too many walls that could only be solved by losing runs and leveling up permanently.

Have you seen any prints using matte style filaments? Or printed with smaller nozzles/layer heights? I haven't actually had the opportunity for that yet but I hear they make a noticeable improvement

I dunno about you but I'm not usually looking at the terrain from closer than 1 foot. I get that you can see layer lines if you look close enough but PLA printed terrain has really expanded my capability in fully loading a table with good enough looking stuff for minimal effort and cost.

How do most solo games stack up when trying to run something co-op? Because I'm usually the GM in most games I sometimes wonder if I could also be a player at the same time and bring in everyone else as co-GMs. I know ironsworn supports this pretty well but how about others?

I've had so much fun making games with my friends. And after it all it's cool that we can point to 9 different genres of games we've made with the same main character and wacky storyline.

Hell we even met up with a fellow LD game dev and fan of our games at PAX one year. It's such a cool community.

A friend of mine actually did write an RPG heavily inspired by Gamma World and Caves of Qud. Using the Shadowdark rules system. It was a good time

How have the sales been for the 1.0 release? I'd have figured everyone who's heard of qud would've already had it by now. It's like the most universally praised roguelike out there :)

Think any of this will be at the coming PAX East? Assuming you guys are setting something up there.

Thanks! This reminded me to go back and find it
