I think you may very well be right.

She's done enough of her own shit that I hope she loses her next election - but I do think there's a twinge of something human in what she's doing now as well.

I remember it alternated between parties for the news coverage of presidential elections when I was a kid. I have no idea why, but sometime around Clinton, the colors stuck as they are now.
