I don't think I've gotten more than a few hours of sleep a night this past week and I was physically unable to work today and also couldn't talk to my coworkers about it and the physiology of anxiety and excitement is the same so my emotion is a net neutral

boyfriend, dancing at clubs, getting invited to events, inviting other people to things & initiating conversation, no tax return & total loss of healthcare because of my workplace
