Building solo means I have to get really good at choosing what matters and focusing

I'm getting used to it, but still not easy

Found a bug in the codebase caused a lot of context switching

Day 12 since launching Swisy

- Have been making videos for sns (and the one to go on the website)

- While at it, upscaled the image using one of the best AI upscalers out there (Crystal by @philz1337x). Always do an amazing job with portraits/skin textures.

- If anyone's posting contents on sns (tt, ig, yt), please share your tips. (like the best time to post, templates you follow/refer, and etc.)

- TT and YT are getting views, but IG stays at 0. Anybody knows what's going on?

- I'm using X/Bluesky for my daily updates, tt/yt/ig for marketing. Anything else to recommend?
