Felt good to be back out racing. Haven’t done a whole lot of running since the marathon about a month ago so pretty happy with my effort. Even snagged 3rd in my age group! #running

Coastal Delaware Running Festival Marathon is done! My main goal was to just finish my first marathon.

Been quite a stressful and unsettling past two weeks, so I go in to play one of my favorite games #Destiny2 and just kick me while I’m down

Reflecting on this wild past year and a half. Went from couldn’t run a mile to 1st 5K in 26:29 to winning summer series for my age group to getting my 5K down to 23:26, lost 66lbs along the way, have a power rack in my garage. Now training for my first marathon in April! #running #fitness #marathon

I’m slightly surprised with Destiny 2 being I took months off…not shocked at Number 2 or 3…I’m late to the BG3 party so that may be a top one for 2025.

My old man came up for some face rubs…19 years and still kickin…and yelling at me around 4:30am.
