This resolution would not allow President Clinton, President Bush, nor President Obama to run for another term because their terms were consecutive. So this resolution is written specifically for trump.

Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.) is introducing resolution to amend the 22nd Amendment to allow any president to serve a third term if their first two terms were non-consecutive.
