2) This one I am very sad about. I predict Iran will have nuclear weapons within six months. Other nations may help Iran meet that timeline. We won’t know about any of it for maybe three years. Just my opinion.

1) NYC will prove progressive policies are a winning strategy. Lowering the cost of living IS a winning strategy.
