If you think america is *ready* for a revolution, I hear you, I see you, I feel you. america certainly *needs* one, but it is not ready to build one. we have been so intensely atomized by the horrifying spectacle that bombards us at every turn that we can't trust our *neighbors* anymore.

-trans rights specifically, but social rights in general for minorities both sexual and racial are being attacked and torn apart, with the government withholding large sums of money unless an organization agrees to scrub social minorities from existence
-unions are at their weakest point in history

meanwhile, in the US, there's:
-an organ-harvesting problem because our laws denote our bodies as property
-rampant homelessness, despite an absolute glut of empty homes
-starving children in one of the richest countries on earth
-cost of living skyrocketing
-an active effort to destroy community

some people hate china because they have some pet issue that they refuse to actually educate themselves about and remain ignorant to reality, but China has been progressing in queer representation and rights almost as fast as the US is stripping them away, and destitution is becoming rarer.

If you feel represented by the US electoral/political system, and you aren't delusional, you are 100% a wealthy person. That's the only legislation that gets passed by both parties: the stuff their donors paid for.

Are you a big donor? no? then you're being fleeced by society.

I find the advertising industry to be one of the most vile and invasive in modern day. their product doesn't ask for consent, their product is intentionally emotionally manipulative, their product is frequently scams, their product is misery
