I volunteer with CANMN and see them do great work every week. It’s a smaller scale operation bc it’s an all-volunteer mutual aid collective though. If your friend wants a bigger food shelf, Groveland and Joyce Uptown are good options! www.canmn.org

idk, lots of republicans think every blue city is a burning hellscape, plus he’s always been a compulsive liar uninterested in actual policy. He’s obv going senile but I don’t think the people around him have to work to help it along, normal fox news is a different reality enough

The reboot’s creator is queer and trans and definitely worked to tell the story he wanted. This article is from before he came out as trans (at the time he was out as a lesbian) so it uses the wrong pronouns and name but it’s still a good look at the show! www.rollingstone.com/tv-movies/tv...

Honestly, it bums me out, but I’m afraid good old fashioned sexism is part of it. Both as in NBA/college fans being dismissive of the W (despite recent surges) and as in less media coverage of the Lynx vs men’s teams (sexism trickling down to less public knowledge of the team)
