Yeah townhouse seems to be exclusively used here to refer to rowhouses (attached but not vertically subdivided). Flat/unit is probably ADU or a subdivided larger house. "Apartments" tend to be larger buildings / vertically subdivided. But I don't know of any rigid definitions.

It is based on Barcelona Line 9/10 but bigger 🫣 I copied @chittimarco.bsky.social graphic for comparison adding in this one. It lands between Barcelona and the controversial San Jose BART extension.

I was offered the option of sedation for my gastroscopy (in New Zealand). Didn't take it because the < 5 min of discomfort was better than being out of action for most of the day. Still had to have a ride home organised in case I needed sedation.
