I toss and turn soooo much, so it's nice that I got this one.

It's pretty difficult to set up for overnight recording, so...

1. Either I wake up while peeing and quickly grab my phone.
2. My spouse is awake and realizes I'm peeing and records.
3. I set up my phone on the side and sleep without blankets.
4. I go pee before going to sleep and record that.

Rule #4. Changing in public.

Diapers need to be changed, just go and change in any area where it would be appropriate to change. (Washroom stall, possibly locker rooms).

Dispose of, and clean up appropriately. Diapers should be bagged if possible, and thrown in a trash can.

Messing outdoors is not enough, the smell is noticeable. If you're messing at a popular public park, people around you will notice.

You should ensure to that you will not expose the offensive odor to other people.

Proceed home, or to change as soon as possible.

Rule #3. Messing in public.

Diapers are designed to be used.

Messing creates a potentially offensive smell; and to intentionally force other non consenting people to smell that is wrong, and be avoided as much as possible...

Rule #2. Wetting diapers in public.

Diapers are designed to be used. If you're using them in their intended way, and being mindful and respectful not to intentionally visibly or noticeably leak (on furniture, floors, etc.) then you are fine.

If you do leak, you should do your best to clean up.

Rule #1. Wearing diapers in public.

Diapers are underwear.

If, whatever you're doing would be acceptable to do in underwear, it's acceptable in diapers.

E.g., visible underwear is acceptable ➡️ visible diapers are acceptable.

Anything less applies stigmatisation against diapers.

I'd say that, in general, it's largely wetting without thinking about it. Plus, more frequent wettings throughout the day.

Also, some awareness of wetting (or memory), there's definitely times I'll notice I'm wet and not specifically remember going pee.

And now, peeing in any position is easy.

I don't bring spare pants with me, only spare diapers... lesson probably not learned lol.
