I'll start with the same author, but my book is missing the cover because it's a million years old. Did grab a shot of the title page, though.
Breakfast of Champions book sans cover. Does have clear packing tape for protection. Inside page is decorated in lots of asterisks that look like little buttholes. Center of the page has the word OR. Also, in the right hand corner is a $1.95 prove tag, because it's an antique. Title page of Breakfast of Champions that says Breakfast of Champions. Because that's the title.
