By leaving deadwood in community spaces and woods, land managers & councils can provide homes for all sorts of insects, mosses, fungi & lichens, as well as vital bird & bat nesting sites. It's also easy #climateaction⁠, as deadwood locks up carbon for years!

@firstamendmentgirl.bsky.social It will be interesting to see how long it takes Congress - Senate and House, Rep’s and Dems - to realize that T/Musk are making them All irrelevant. Ignoring precedents and changing legislation through a series of social media posts means Congress becomes superfluous.
