Coffee and muffins made, email to students' families sent, now to enjoy an audio book while cutting out all the things for our math activities this week. I also brought home some grading too.

Just got the text for our first snow day. Due to a calendar mishap we are having an aim day, I will have to be available by email to my students and their families. At least I avoid wearing real clothes for another day. #SnowDay #ExtendWinterBreak

My class holds a food drive every year and this year I was able to drop off our donations on our first day of winter break. My students collected over 100 items and it weighed in at over 125 lb for the Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri.

Sometimes a student will say something so wrong and out of pocket that I simply just look at them nod and say okay before walking away. Very thankful we only have three more wake ups before winter break starts.
