There are many types of Yoga out there, some designed for relaxation, nervous system reset, stretching or strengthening. Sometimes they can be combined too!
Yoga Flow can be fun and helpful.
Ex= exhale & In= Inhale. Please do remember to breathe. 😉

Did you know headaches can sometimes be caused or exasterbated by tight muscles in the neck and head and certain radiating pain can give a LMT clues as to which muscles to work on to relieve pain?
