Mexico is tied by the trade agreements with Canada and the US. The US gets about 60% of it produce from Mexico but China is already manufacturing ev in Mexico and since they're more economical, it'll squeeze the ev market bringing more demand so more factories will be needed. It's a tightrope walk.

China already has it's suppliers for corn and soybean, it's Brasil and Argentina.
