Like, I could easily identify when things made sense and they didn’t warrant a panic attack or an emotional breakdown, but it would still happen! Now, it’s just calmed things down a LOT. I still cry if I’m sad, but it doesn’t spiral into a several week long depressive episode. I can pull myself out!

My meds have mostly been for emotional regulation, and they’ve been a huge help. Still working on getting the dosage right as I’ve noticed bad spikes before my period, but before meds, dealing with heightened emotions was so frustrating…Logic would war with emotion, and emotion would just take over.
