A Max update. After getting a glucose monitor, arthritis medicine, and a lot of love Max is feeling so much better. He’s jumping on the window and onto my lap for love. He’s still spicy but he’s starting to realize that he’s safe and loved.

This is Max. We rescued him on the 23rd. He’s 16 years old and diabetic. His owners surrendered him when he got sick. He’d been at the shelter for months. He was very aggressive when he first came home but look at him now. He already looks better and is getting used to being loved.

This is Felix after a pup cup.

This is Grace, aka Mayhem. She loves getting toilet paper and dunking it into water bowls. Then she like to fish it out and drag and shake it all over the house. When I wake up it looks like my drywall is flaking. She’s 3. She may not grow out of this.
