You cant discriminate if you're receiving state funds. The state gets to set the rules for participation. Freedom of religion is also freedom FROM religion. No one's religious beliefs are allowed to inform our laws or government.

Freedom of religion is also freedom FROM religion. The unconstitutional enmeshment of the GOP with the church since Reagan is a main reason were here now. The Separation of Church and State is a foundational principle of our Constitution and government for good reason.

The only legal exception to statutory rape is if the minor is married to their rapist. Married minors are property of their spouse until they turn 18. Most never leave because they are uneducated, financially dependent, and have kids of their own by then. Its all by design.
